Returns & Exchanges
At Yamazaki Home Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused, resellable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your preferred carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
